Refund policy

If you’re not totally satisfied with your orshaircare.com purchase, return it within 30 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

• When you return your purchase to orshaircare.com by mail within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).
• Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 30 days.
• We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened. Please contact our Customer Service team should you need further assistance or have any questions.
